Extended Study Hours

Robarts Library

The extended study hours at Robarts Library will begin again in September 2012. The University of Toronto Libraries are now currently on summer hours.

During extended hours at Robarts Library only the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are open AND ONLY to currently registered UofT students, faculty and staff. For the safety and security of patrons after regular library hours, patrons will be required to authenticate themselves by presenting a valid TCard. No exceptions will be made. TCards are available through the TCard Office. Access and exit to the building is through the 1st floor (street level) entrance on St. George Street only.

  • Extended hours available from Sunday September 18, 2011 to Sunday April 29, 2012
  • Hours will change depending on the holiday schedule

Services available during extended hours at Robarts Library:

  • 1st floor computer work-stations (you will need to use your UTORid to access the workstations). Further information see Computer Access Facilities on the Information Commons website.
  • Study space and reading rooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, the food court area are also open (vending machines only).
  • There is NO ACCESS to the collections or other services of the library beyond these floors.

U of T at Mississauga Library (UTM) begins 24 extended study hours on November 28, 2011 and again on April 1, 2012.

U of T at Scarborough Library (UTSC) begins extended study hours on Tuesday October 11, 2011 with 24 hour extended study hours beginning on Monday December 5, 2011.
