- It may take up to 2 hours for you to receive a confirmation after uploading a video. If you still haven't received a message after that time, see other possible issues below.
- MyMedia has to process any videos that are uploaded. It may still need to finish processing yours. You can log into your MyMedia account to check the status of the video.
- Your video may not have been uploaded or there may have been a conversion error (wrong format/codec uploaded, encoder issues, etc.). If it's a conversion error, you will be contacted by Library staff to let you know. Try re-uploading your file.
- The file may not have completed uploading and/or transferred over to MyMedia. Send an email to MyMedia@library.utoronto.ca to investigate the issue.
