The Help Desk website will be moving to the Enterprise Service Centre with a portal that allows you to submit a ticket through a web form, browse the knowledge base and log in to view your requests.

This move is expected to take place on Tuesday, February 9. The URL will remain the same:, which will take you to the Help Desk portal's new main page.

We have received reports of a message that claims to have suspended incoming emails for you and provides a link to retrieve them.

Do not click links in emails unless you are absolutely certain that they are not suspicious. The U of T email system will not suspend incoming messages and request that you click a link in order to recieve them. The University of Toronto has moved to a full-service shared mailbox creation process. Faculty and staff will submit online requests for new shared mailboxes directly to the University’s Enterprise Service Centre (ESC), which will be processed by Information Technology Services (ITS). No additional setup is required by the requesting user, and the user will be notified once their new shared mailbox is ready.
