There are currently 2 ways of submitting a request for assistance to the Help Desk: call us at 416-978-4357 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All requests will be entered into the new ITS Service Centre ticketing system (http://uoft.me/esc), which will be assigned an incident number that looks like INC00XXXXX. This will be your reference number for all future updates on your request.
To check on the status of your request or to send followup messages, log into the ITS Service Centre and go to My Requests. Click on the link provided for that request. This will take you to a page that shows the history of your request and any interaction between you and the Help Desk. You can send messages regarding the request in this window.
