Help Desk Now on Enterprise Service Centre

The main Help Desk website has to the Enterprise Service Centre with a portal that allows you to submit a ticket through a web form, browse the knowledge base and log in to view your requests.

New Phishing Scam claims accounts have reached quota

We have received reports of a message that claims UTmail+ users have reached their email quota and need to sign in or messages will be suspended.

Do not click links in emails unless you are absolutely certain that they are not suspicious. The U of T email system will not suspend incoming messages and request that you click a link in order to receive them.
