Students Rahul Arora, Alina Bykova and Amanda Khan were recently recognized by University of Toronto Libraries for research that ranged from computer graphics to laparoscopic surgery and a Russian ghost town in the Arctic.

The UTL has hired a former Wikipedian in Residence, Alex Jung,  to support the research and learning by improving access to high quality unique online open access primary source resources and collections like digitized rare books, web archives, and art.

Robert Blackburn

Former Chief Librarian, Robert H. Blackburn, passed away this past Tuesday September 17. Blackburn served as Associate Director of the University of Toronto Libraries from 1947 to 1954 when he was appointed Chief Librarian.
