I. This is a standing committee of the Library Council

II. Membership

Coordinator of Special Services
Manager, Personnel Services
Health, Safety, Fire & Security Coordinator
Manager, Adaptive Technology Resource Centre

Members shall be appointed by their department heads to serve a period of two years with the possibility of a reappointment. The committee is empowered to invite others to meetings as appropriate. Members shall choose their own chair.

III. Terms of Reference

  1. To recommend and review policies, procedures, services and architectural accessibility pertaining to services to persons with disabilities.

  2. To identify and analyze problems and make recommendations on matters pertaining to services to persons with disabilities.

  3. To report annually to LC in April.
