Paragraphs are marked with the numbered division tag <ttdv2 type="par" n=""> or with the unnumbered <p> tag.

Paragraphs can be treated as structural divisions in both prose and verse works or can be represented as counters with an otherwise unemployed character. For reference purposes, they are marked with <ttdv2> tags here (note that <ttdv3> tags, for lines, then reset at the start of each <ttdv2> tag to zero.
