Help Desk Website Getting a New Look

The Help Desk website will be moving to the Enterprise Service Centre with a portal that allows you to submit a ticket through a web form, browse the knowledge base and log in to view your requests.

This move is expected to take place on Tuesday, February 9. The URL will remain the same: help.ic.utoronto.ca, which will take you to the Help Desk portal's new main page.
