User Services' Research & Education Team's workroom, Room 4012, is located on the 4th floor of Robarts Library.
- Take the elevators or the escalators to the 4th floor
- Go through the set of doors labelled "Centre for Teaching Support and Innovation" and "Reference and Research Services" in front of the down escalators
- Turn left
- Go to the end of the hallway to enter the User Services, Research & Education (formerly Reference and Research Services) workroom
