About me
As part of Robarts Library's User Services department, I manage access services at Robarts Library, supervising a team of four User Services supervisors working in the areas of loans and information, stacks, evening operations, study carrels, and the overnight study service. I also manage Reader Registration services and staff. Additionally, the Assistant Head, User Services and I support the Head, User Services with service planning and development, the budget cycle, and staffing. Together, we work with many university partners to ensure consistent user experiences at Robarts Library.
