About me

I have leadership and management responsibilities within the Central Library system. I serve as the academic administrative lead for UTL which means I am responsible for the oversight of permanent status reviews, promotions and hiring of all librarians. I am committed to professional development/mentoring of all library staff via a variety of initiatives, including coordinating the Toronto Academic Libraries Internship (TALint) program, regular learn together sessions for supervisors and the UTL-wide mentoring program. I am committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. With colleagues, I am working to develop a holistic program to encourage greater diversity of our staff.
