About me

Rebekah Bedard is the Distinctive Collections Librarian at the John W. Graham Library. In this role, she manages and catalogs rare and special collections materials, develops outreach and instructional programming, and plans and designs exhibitions. Before working at the University of Toronto, Rebekah developed new instruction and exhibition programs at Emory University’s Pitts Theology Library. She also worked at the City of Toronto Archives, coordinating reference and outreach, and developing collaborative exhibitions with organizations like Black Artists' Network in Dialogue and The ArQuives - Canada’s LGBTQ2+ Archives. She is passionate about engaging people with distinctive collections.
