About me

I work in the Service Management Unit within the Information Technology Services Department (ITS) at the University of Toronto Libraries (UTL). I hold an M.Ed in Higher Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Toronto at Scarborough. In my role, I support departments, faculty, staff, and students with their research goals, focusing on web development initiatives and electronic resource management.

My responsibilities include project management, website development, and the delivery of training courses. I have specialization in the areas of collection management, eResources, information technology, research help, and staff supervision and management. I am based on the St. George campus of the University of Toronto Libraries, with my office located on the 7th floor of the John P. Robarts Research Library, 130 St. George Street, Toronto, Ontario.
