Library services update for the fall

As the University prepares for an anticipated return to in-person learning, we are planning to reopen library buildings and book stacks on September 7. Library buildings will be open to current students, faculty and staff only. 

Library buildings and services 

Robarts Library and the Gerstein Science Information Centre will reopen with regular hours, with the exception of extended overnight hours which will not be offered for the fall term. You will need to scan your TCard and show a green UCheck screening to enter.

UTP and UTL make Indigenous titles available as free reading

University Chief Librarian Larry Alford honoured with CARL Award for Distinguished Service to Research Librarianship

The Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL) honoured Larry Alford with the CARL Award for Distinguished Service to Research Librarianship during its Annual General Meeting. This award, which is generously sponsored by ProQuest, is conferred annually to a Canadian individual who has served the profession with marked distinction and has made significant national and international contributions to research librarianship through their leadership and engagement.
