How to Use a UTORMFA Hardware Token

The UTORMFA Hardware Token provides a one-time passcode. It is a unique 6-digit number that needs to be regenerated at each login.

1. When accessing a UTORMFA protected service you will be taken to the weblogin page where you enter your UTORid and Password.
   
2. On the next screen click on the “Enter a Passcode”.
   
3. Press the button on the hardware token to generate a one-time 6-digit passcode. The passcode will remain on the screen for approximately 12 seconds. It is not advised to press the button numerous times as it will generate a new passcode and may become out of sync with the service.
   
4. Enter the one-time 6-digit passcode into the highlighted field and click Log in.
